About us

Elite Holdings Inc. is owned and operated by Darryl McPhee. The Company has an extensive history of providing service and products to the industry within Alberta. Elite Construction has worked in every aspect of construction from small renos to large commercial industrial projects, to developments.

Darryl McPhee is in the business over 20 years and enjoys being involved in every stage of the building process, including design, drafting, architecture and engineering a project. E.H.I. Elite Holdings will help you with efficient designs and a more esthetic appearance, while staying within your budget projections.

Safety Mandate

E.H.I Elite Holdings Inc. is committed to the safety, health and well being of all employees, sub-trades, suppliers and associates and to the protection from accidental loss of any resources.

In fulfilling this commitment to protect people, property and our environment, management will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with industry standards, and all legislative requirements. Management will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards that may result in personal injury/illness, property or environmental damage.

It is required that all Elite employees, sub-trades, suppliers, and associates accept the responsibility of safe work practices and pursue our common goal of eliminating all accidents and safety incidents in our organization. Elite will to the greatest degree possible, provide the necessary administrative and engineering controls, equipment and training required to achieve our objective of a safe and healthy work environment.

For this program to be successful, it must start with proper attitude toward injury and illness prevention on the part of management, supervisors and employees. It is the responsibility of all individuals on the work site to cooperate with all acts, codes and regulations.
